We have polvoron in a variety of flavors, Filipino filled rolls, sticky rice treats, and steamed muffins.

Breads and cakes made a day before needed, rice cakes made a day or 2 before needed.

• Do you use any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives?

Food coloring and flavor extracts used in polvoron. Vanilla extract used in certain bread fillings and desserts.

• How should I store your desserts to maintain freshness?

▶ Polvoron- may be kept at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, refrigerated for a month and frozen for 3 months.
▶ Filled rolls- may be kept at room temperature for 3 days, refrigerated for a week. Reheat in microwave for 30-45 seconds.
▶ Tikoy and ube tikoy – may be kept at room temperature for a day, refrigerated for 5 days. Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds.
▶ Ube tikoy roll - may be kept at room temperature for a day, refrigerated for 3 days. Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds.
▶ Tupig - may be kept at room temperature for a day, refrigerated for a week. Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds.
▶ Espasol - may be kept at room temperature for a day, refrigerated for 5 days.
▶ Puto - may be kept at room temperature for a day, refrigerated for a week. Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds.

▶ Polvoron- all purpose flour, white sugar, sweet cream salted butter, malted powdered milk, vanilla extract, flavorings dependent on variety, artificial food colorings dependent on variety.

▶ Tikoy and ube tikoy – glutinous rice, white sugar, vanilla extract or ube extract.
▶ Ube tikoy roll – glutinous rice flour, all purpose flour, white sugar, coconut milk, salt, vanilla extract, ube extract, sesame seeds.
▶ Tupig - coconut milk, glutinous rice flour. Coconut sugar, young coconut strings, sesame seeds, vanilla extract, salt, banana leaves.
▶ Espasol – glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, mixed spice, salt.

Our kitchen does handle food with tree nuts and gluten.

• Can I customize an existing dessert (e.g., change flavors, add decorations)?

▶ Polvoron- requests for custom flavors will be considered.
▶ Filled rolls- requests for custom flavors will be considered.
▶ Tikoy and ube tikoy – request for custom flavors, sizes, and shapes will be considered.
▶ Ube tikoy roll – may also be plain or rolled in peanuts instead of sesame seeds.
▶ Tupig – request for custom flavors will be considered, depending on distance, may be ordered uncooked, without roasting.
▶ Espasol - request for custom flavors will be considered.
▶ Puto - request for custom flavors and sizes will be considered.
▶ Royale cakes – request for different flavors and sizes will be considered.
▶ Atchara – requests to add or omit vegetables will be considered for orders of 4 or more bottles.

• Service description: We provide freshly made desserts for pickup or delivery. Products are subject to availability and may vary in appearance and flavor due to the artisanal nature of our creations.
• Cottage food laws: We operate under Oklahoma's cottage food laws. This means our products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state food safety inspections. We follow all legal requirements regarding product labeling and handling.

2. Ordering and payments

• Custom vs. standard orders:
o Standard orders: For items from our menu, all sales are final upon payment.
o Custom orders: For custom cakes or large orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date and services. The remaining balance is due 3 business days before the delivery or pickup date.
• Payment: All payments must be made in full before the order is released. Failure to pay on time for custom orders may result in cancellation.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be locked in at the time of your order confirmation.

3. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellation policy: Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery, you will forfeit the total payment. Store credit may be issued for cancellations made with sufficient advance notice.
• Changes to orders:
o Custom orders: All changes must be requested no later than 5 business days before the delivery date. Changes made after this time cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
o Artistic license: We reserve the right to exercise creative liberty with your design to ensure the structural, visual, and creative integrity of the product.
• Our right to cancel: We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pickup and delivery

• Pickup: You or a designated representative are responsible for picking up your order at the agreed-upon time and location. You assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the dessert once it leaves our possession.
• Delivery: Delivery services are subject to an additional fee. You must provide a clear, safe, and accessible delivery location. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect addresses.
• Storage and handling: You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure environment for the desserts. Cakes and other desserts should be kept out of direct sunlight and in a cool, stable location. We are not liable for any damage occurring after satisfactory delivery or pickup.
